Every protein is sourced from USDA-inspected farms and processors in the United States, each named on request. We work with a small number of suppliers so we can trace every batch back to its source.

We evaluate suppliers on animal welfare practices, processing standards, and their willingness to share sourcing documentation. If a supplier won't disclose where an ingredient comes from, we don't work with them.

Most of our pouches are recyclable or compostable. We list packaging details on each product page, and we're actively working to move remaining SKUs to lower-impact materials.

Every recipe lists five ingredients or fewer most list two or three. We don't use fillers, artificial preservatives, or added sugar in any product.

Most of our recipes are grain-free, though a few include whole oats for texture. Each product page lists full ingredients and dietary tags so you can filter to what fits your dog.

Yes. Every batch is tested for common contaminants before release, and single-protein recipes are produced on dedicated lines to reduce cross-contact risk where possible.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.

Orders over $35 ship free within the contiguous US. Orders under $35 have a flat $5.95 shipping rate — our bundles are a good way to clear that threshold.

If your dog doesn't love it, we'll refund or replace your order within 30 days of delivery no need to send anything back. Just reach out to our support team.
